Featured"MIR and Creation" workshop is being organised within the scopes of Manifeste 2012, an international festival and multidisciplinary academy taking place at IRCAM, Paris between 1 June – 1 July 2012.
This workshop will invite specialists in the field to expose their point of view on the MIRs of today and tomorrow in the creative domain - for composition, interaction, performances - or in the field of research for audio signals, for symbolic representations, or for data bases.
With Gérard Assayag, Philippe Esling, Geoffroy Peeters, Norbert Schnell, Diemo Schwarz (IRCAM), Philippe Manoury (composer), Tristan Jehan (EchoNest), François Pachet (SonyCSL), Sergi Bonada (IUA/UPF).
Presented in the framework of the European project MIReS supported by the European Commission's ICT Program.
