Sound and Music Computing Group presentation by Matthew Davies.
The Sound and Music Computing Group (SMC) is a research group of the Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit at INESC Porto and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal, specializing in Sound and Music Computing. We combine basic research in signal processing, pattern recognition, music and human-computer interaction, and aim at contributing to make computers better understand, model and generate sounds and music.
